Bolsena's Lake

Bolsena lake (in Latin: Lacus Volsiniensis / Lacus Volsinii) is a lake in central Italy formed over 300,000 years ago following the caldera collapse of some volcanoes belonging to the Volsini mountain range. It is the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe.
Bolsena is an Italian town in the province of Viterbo, in Lazio, famous for being called "The city of the Eucharistic miracle" giving rise to the Corpus Domini
